About Our Company

Kohala Hydro Company (Pvt.) Limited (KHCL) incorporated on 22th September 2015 with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) responsible for executing 1100MW Kohala Hydropower Project on Jhelum River in Azad Jammu & Kashmir in Private Sector.

The project is being developed in the Private sector under the Power Policy 2002.
